"Spam marketing… despite already being insured by State Farm I’m being harassed by this agents automated emails, their voicemails, and texts. Seriously reconsidering State Farm. I’ve responded on 1/10/24 that I’m already insured with state farm to these communications but to no avail.."

"I had a great and memorable experience with Pat. I have moved from out of state to Schaumburg and had to switch my insurance to local. In addition, I also need a Renters Insurance. I googled search a local agent close to my apartment and found his office as the closest. The minute I walked inside the door, Pat greet me warmly and so did his staff. His words were, “hi, how may I served you today?”. Pat guided me to his office right away and he made me feel at ease from the start. Pat knew what he was doing in his profession and his customer services were great as well. Pat only asked me a few personal questions to get started and he was able to help me saved about 30% less than what I had paid before. And my Renter’s was very affordable as well, $135,000 policy for less than $8 per month. Pat provided all receipts and he explained the documents clearly as well. Pat answered all my questions, emails and additional requests promptly and to my satisfactions. As a person, Pat was friendly and I felt like Pat and I were friends before. I believe Pat is an agent who will be there for you when time of needs come. I would highly recommend Pat for all your insurance needs."
